Starting with the Beautitudes of Matthew 5-7, the group will then move on to a study of the Gospels, reading through Matthew - John synoptically using their Bibles, Bible dictionaries, commentaries and lexicons as their guide and reference. Women of all ages are welcome to come anytime. Where does the name Marathon Monday come from? The group allows the study time be discussion driven, not the clock.

Using the book “Messy People” by Jennifer Cowart, you will dig into the lives of biblical heroes who were messy people just like us but who were used by God in powerful ways. Together you will examine the stories of five wonderful but messy people and one messy parable character: Rahab, the Prodigal Son, Josiah, Mary, David, and Daniel. From their stories, you will learn how God can use broken people, restore damaged hearts and relationships, give you power to handle critics, and help deal with the hard moments of life.

In “Better: A Study of Hebrews” a video Bible study, Jen Wilkin explores the book of Hebrews verse-by-verse, where you’ll discover through Paul’s letters that Scripture points to Christ as the new and better covenant for us to have access to God. This study offers a way for you to grow in your understanding of who Christ is and the hope of the new covenant.

In “Finding God Faithful” participants will follow the path of Joseph’s life in the Book of Genesis to observe how God’s sovereignty reigns, even in our darkest moments. Learn to recognize when God is working during periods of waiting, trust God’s plan when life doesn’t make sense, and rest in the sufficiency of His presence in every circumstance. His provision is enough, His presence is constant, and His purpose is unstoppable. Women of all ages are welcome to come anytime.
