Shawn Bowman
Senior Pastor
Pastor Shawn is married to Suzanne and together they have five children Luke, Ethan, Joel, Levi and Faith. Shawn joined the VLC team in the spring of 2004 has been Senior Pastor at Victory Lutheran for over 21 years. Pastor Shawn is responsible for overseeing ministries operating at VLC and providing vision and leadership along with weekly preaching. Shawn’s greatest joy is evangelism and growing people in Christ. His hobbies are fishing, hunting, auto body work, daily walks, Bison football and having family
home as much as possible.
Jon Ronnevik
Associate Pastor
Pastor Jon is married to Kristin and they have a crew of six boys, Micaiah, Gunnar, Leif, Haakon, Oskar and Finn.
Jon joined the Victory staff as Associate Pastor September of 2023 and is responsible for the coordination of our Sunday ministries, supporting and training ministry leaders, and engaging young families.
Jon has a heart for discipling, raising up and releasing leaders, and engaging in community. He enjoys riding his Harley, hiking, camping, playing softball, hunting, off-roading, and doing life together with family and friends.
Conan Hirsch

Worship Arts & Communications
Conan and his wife Kelsey were both born and raised around the Bellingham Washington area in the
Pacific Northwest. Conan joined the staff at Victory in the Fall of 2019 as Youth and Worship Director. Currently Conan is responsible for leading, building, and training our worship arts program, as well as videography and social media. He enjoys getting to use God's gifts to help share stories of His goodness.
Conan enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, traveling, golfing, playing games, and spending time with friends and family.

Fay Tracy

Fay and her husband Tom have four adult children; Dan, Steph, Tyler, Zach and four grandchildren. She has been on staff since November of 2005. Fay's role could be described as the "grease that keeps the integral cogs turning" for the pastoral staff and for all ministries at VLC. Her duties include graphic design, website, church center app and Podcast management. In her free time, Fay enjoys cooking, baking bread, sketching & painting in watercolor,
gardening, camping, Bible study and time with family and friends.
I was born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, but moved to Jamestown at just six months old. Growing up as a pastor’s kid in Jamestown shaped much of who I am today. Throughout my school years, I was actively involved in sports—playing football and wrestling—and those experiences taught me the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. For my senior year of high school, I attended Hillcrest, where I continued to grow both personally and spiritually.
After high school, I entered a season of exploration and growth. I spent a year in college, followed by time at I Point, and then completed a year at Rooted, a gap year program focused on faith and leadership development. Each step of the journey has helped shape my character, deepen my values, and give me a clearer sense of direction for the future.
